Bulk THCa Live Rosin (Solventless)

High Potency Concentrate

Vitae Science’s THCa Live Rosin is a premium solventless concentrate designed for top-tier B2B brands. Extracted from fresh-frozen cannabis using Ice Water Hash techniques and gently pressed, this product prioritizes the preservation of Tetrahydrocannabinolic Acid (THCa). With a potent acidic profile and compliant Delta-9 levels (pre-decarboxylation), it is the ultimate “clean” ingredient for dabbing connoisseurs and high-end vape formulations.

Vitae Science’s THCa Live Rosin represents the zenith of clean extraction technology. Unlike "Live Resin," which uses butane or propane, our Live Rosin is produced mechanically. We wash premium, cryogenically frozen Colombian flower in ice water to separate the trichome heads (73μ-159μ range). These heads are then pressed between heated plates at precise intervals.

Crucially, we maintain strict temperature controls throughout the pressing and curing process to prevent the THCa from converting into Delta-9 THC. This results in a product that tests high in THCa (often >75%) while maintaining a compliant Delta-9 THC profile (<0.3% upon request/batch selection). The final product is a terpene-rich, creamy batter or jam that offers the true flavor of the living plant, free from any residual solvents or chemical impurities.

  • Top-Shelf Dabbing: Packaged directly into retail jars for consumers seeking the purest inhalation experience (Cold Cure/Badder).
  • Solventless Vapes: Can be mechanically heat-cured ("Jar Tech") to create flowable oil for vape carts without adding distillates or thinners.
  • Hemp-Market Positioning: High THCa / Low D9 profile appeals to markets leveraging specific regulatory definitions of "hemp" vs "marijuana" (Buyer must verify compliance).
  • Infused Pre-rolls: "Hash Holes" or "Donuts" where a snake of rosin is placed inside a joint for added potency and flavor.
  • Logistics Requirement: Strict Cold Chain. Must ship with dry ice or phase-change materials to prevent degradation (nucleation/melting) during transit.
  • Lead Times: 15–20 days (Subject to harvest cycles and export permits).
  • Incoterms: CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid) to Destination Airport.
  • Export Doc: Colombian Narcotics License (FNE) required due to Total THC potential.
  • Payment: T/T Wire Transfer.
  • Availability: Seasonal / Batch-dependent.

Regulatory Status:

  • Controlled Substance: Despite being "THCa," Colombian law treats this as a psychoactive derivative based on Total THC (THCa + D9). Export requires full narcotics licensing.
  • B2B Only: Sales restricted to licensed companies.
  • Traceability: "Seed to Sale" tracking ensures genetic authenticity and lack of pesticide use.
  • No Medical Claims: Sold as a raw material or bulk ingredient.
  1. Is this product legal in the US/EU? It is legal to export from Colombia. Import legality depends on your local "Total THC" laws. Some jurisdictions allow THCa if D9 is <0.3%; others count Total THC.
  2. What is the difference between THCa Live Rosin and Live Resin? Rosin is solventless (Ice/Pressure). Resin uses chemicals (Butane). Rosin is considered a higher-tier, cleaner product.
  3. Why does it need to be frozen? THCa is unstable; heat turns it into Delta-9 THC and degrades terpenes. Freezing maintains the "Live" profile and texture.
  4. Can I vape this? Yes, but it works best in dab rigs or specific "rosin carts" (requires careful post-processing/liquefaction).
  5. What strains are available? We rotate strains based on harvest. Ask for our current "Fresh Frozen" menu.
  6. Is it white or yellow? It ranges from pale white/cream to light gold, depending on the strain and cure. Dark color usually indicates older material or oxidation.
  7. Is it GMP certified? The facility operates under GMP-aligned QMS, currently in the licensing process.
