THCa Distillate (>75%)

Bulk Liquid Diamonds

Vitae Science’s THCa Distillate (Liquid Diamonds) is a breakthrough ingredient for the modern cannabis market. By carefully processing high-purity THCa under controlled pressure and temperature, we create a clear, golden oil that retains its acidic structure while remaining flowable. This allows manufacturers to fill vape cartridges with a compliant, high-potency product (<0.3% Delta-9 THC) that converts to active THC only when inhaled.

Traditionally, "Distillate" refers to activated Delta-9 THC. However, our THCa Distillate disrupts this norm. Through a specialized "Liquid Diamond" process, we liquefy crystalline THCa without fully decarboxylating it. This results in a highly viscous, amber oil that combines the potency of diamonds with the usability of distillate.

This product is engineered for stability. Unlike raw melted diamonds which can re-crystallize in a cartridge, our formulation is stabilized to maintain viscosity, ensuring a smooth user experience from the first puff to the last. It is the perfect solution for brands operating in jurisdictions where Delta-9 THC is restricted but THCa is permitted (e.g., US Hemp Farm Bill markets). Produced in Colombia under strict GMP-aligned protocols, it offers a consistent, scalable supply chain for high-volume manufacturers.

1kg, 5kg Glass or Stainless Steel
  • MOQ

    1kg (Commercial)
  • Quality Standards

    GMP-aligned production; Heavy Metal Free
  • Traceability

Full Lot Traceability (Extraction to Final)
  • Shelf Life

12-18 months (Avoid heat to prevent decarb)
  • HS Code

    1302.19 (Vegetable Saps/Extracts)
  • Vape Cartridges & Disposables: The primary application. Allows for a "High Potency" product label while maintaining low Delta-9 compliance until vaporization occurs.
  • Dab Syringes: Sold as "Liquid Diamonds" in borosilicate syringes for easy dabbing without tools.
  • Edibles (Cooking): Can be used in baking; the heat of the oven will convert the THCa to THC during the cooking process.
  • Infused Pre-rolls: Can be injected into the center of joints ("Snake in the Grass") for a slow-burning, high-potency core.
  • Tinctures: Can be dissolved in MCT oil for "Raw" cannabinoid tinctures (non-psychoactive if not heated) or "Heated" tinctures (psychoactive).
  • Lead Times: 10–15 business days (Production & Export Permitting).
  • Storage: Critical: Store cool (<20°C). High temperatures will naturally decarboxylate the product into Delta-9 THC, potentially altering its compliance status.
  • Incoterms: FOB Bogotá or CIP Destination.
  • Export Doc: Exported as Controlled Cannabis Derivative. FNE license required.
  • Payment: Wire Transfer (T/T). 50% Deposit.
  • Samples: Available for viscosity testing.

Controlled Status:

  • Precursor Regulation: Although marketed as THCa, Colombian and many international laws regulate this as a controlled substance due to its conversion potential.
  • Import Requirements: Buyer must hold valid Narcotic/Cannabis Import Authorization.
  • US Market: Compliant with 2018 Farm Bill definitions (<0.3% D9 THC on dry weight basis) in many states, but buyers must verify local "Total THC" laws.
  • Stability Warning: Vitae Science guarantees compliance at the time of shipping. Buyer is responsible for storage conditions to prevent decarboxylation.
  1. Is this actually distilled? Technically, it is a "flowable extract" or "melted diamond" oil. Traditional distillation decarbs THCa into THC. We use the term "Distillate" as it is the industry standard for this viscosity.
  2. Will it crystallize? It is semi-stable. If stored cold or left for long periods, micro-crystals may form. Gentle heating will re-liquefy it. We can add minor cannabinoids (CBD/CBG) to improve stability.
  3. Does it get you high? Yes, once heated (vaped/smoked), the THCa converts to Delta-9 THC, providing a potent psychoactive effect.
  4. Is it legal? It contains <0.3% Delta-9 THC, making it compliant with many "Hemp" definitions. However, buyers must verify if their jurisdiction regulates "Total THC."
  5. Does it have terpenes? The raw distillate is odorless. We highly recommend blending with 5-7% terpenes for flavor and to improve flow in cartridges.
  6. Can I buy it with terpenes added? Yes, we offer custom terpene infusion services.
  7. What is the color? Typically Gold to Amber. It is not water-clear like D8, as preserving THCa requires less aggressive remediation.
  8. Is it GMP certified? Our facility operates under GMP-aligned workflows and is in the process of final licensing.
